Cross Product Navigation
How do we design a scalable cross-product navigation to support multiple product pillars?
Nuna's Value Platform MVP was built quickly and highly customized to a subset of "knowns", and perhaps a few "known unknowns". Within a year, 4x new implementations and 2 new "apps", we needed to rethink navigation as a whole.
One big reason- we didn’t have any pattern or concept around navigation between different “modules” of value platform.
This project involved both heavy information architecture and product conceptualization, as well as a major redesign of core navigation UI and page templates.
Team: I spearheaded the effort, pairing with our head of design and 2 other designers.
Time period: About 6 months total, part-time project.
Impact: Shipped a unified product that enables users to complete core workflows.
